Peachland Beach Days

Undoubtedly, one of the best parts of living in SoCal is THE BEACH!

The Peachland Ward traditionally throws Beach Days during the summer, usually 4-5, and families gather at a designated spot. Moms chat, kids play, everyone goes home happy, tired and toasty. The Valencia Ward also has this tradition and wards often combine together which makes for a tight knit stake.

Favorite Spots:

Santa Monica (Lifeguard Tower 26, Santa Monica State Beach off Barnard Way, just south of Ocean Park Boulevard) 

Zuma in Malibu

Carpinteria State Beach or Carp City Beach. Close to The Spot and other fun places to visit in Carpinteria

Harbor Cove Beach in Ventura

Mondos in Ventura is great for beginning surfers (kids!)
